เพื่อนๆ คงใช้เม้าส์ในการกด เพื่อเลือกฟังก์ชั่นต่างบนจอคอมจนเคยชินกันแล้วใช่มะ จนบางคนนั้นอาจลืม หรือไม่เคยรู้เลยด้วยซ้ำว่าแป้นคีย์บอร์ด ที่เดี๋ยวนี้เราไว้ใช้แค่พิมพ์นั้นสามารถสั่งการใช้ง านของคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ เหมือนกัน งั้นเราลองมาทบทวนความทรงจำ ในการใช้คำสั่งบนคีย์บอร์ดกันดีกว่า...

60 คำสั่งบนแป้นคีย์บอร์ดเตือนคำทรงจำ....

CTRL+C --คัดลอก

CTRL+X --ตัด/ย้าย

CTRL+V --วาง (ใช้คู่กับคำสั่งคัดลอก/ตัด)

CTRL+Z --ยกเลิกการทำงานครั้งล่าสุด

DELETE --ลบโดยไปพักที่ถังขยะ

SHIFT+DELETE --ลบโดยไม่ต้องพักที่ถังขยะ

CTRL กดค้างไว้+คลิกเลือกไฟล์ --เป็นการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง

CTRL+SHIFT กดค้างไว้ แล้วคลิกที่ไฟล์แรก และไฟล์สุดท้าย --จะเป็นการเลือกตั้งแต่

ไฟล์แรกถึงไฟล์สุดท้ายทั้งหมด (ถ้ากด shift อย่างเดียวเราต้องเลื่อนบรรทัดเอง แต่ถ้ากด ctrl ด้วยมันจะไปบรรทัดสุดท้ายทันที (edit By miststar))

F2 --เปลี่ยนชื่อแฟ้ม

CTRL+RIGHT ARROW --ไปยังคำต่อไป (ด้านขวามือ)

CTRL+LEFT ARROW --ไปยังคำก่อนหน้า (ด้านซ้ายมือ)

CTRL+DOWN ARROW --ไปยังย่อหน้าต่อไป (ลงล่าง)

CTRL+UP ARROW --ไปยังย่อหน้าต่อไป (ขึ้นบน)

CTRL+SHIFT --ทำ Highlight ทั้งบรรทัด

SHIFT+ ปุ่มลูกศร --ทำ Highlight เฉพาะส่วนที่เลือก

CTRL+A --เลือกทั้งหมด

F3 --ค้นหา

ALT+ENTER --ดู properties

ALT+F4 --ปิดโปรแกรมที่ใช้งานในปัจจุบัน

ALT+SPACEBAR --เปิด shortcut menu ของหน้าจอที่ใช้งานอยู่

CTRL+F4 --ปิดโปรแกรมที่ใช้อยู่ทั้งหมด

ALT+TAB --สลับหน้าจอระหว่างโปรแกรมที่ 1 ไปโปรแกรมที่ 2 3 4

ALT+ESC (Cycle through items in the order that they had been opened)

F6 key (Cycle through the screen elements in a window or on the desktop)

F4 --แสดงรายการใน Address bar

SHIFT+F10 --เหมือนการคลิกขวาที่เม้าส์

CTRL+ESC --เหมือนการคลิกที่ปุ่ม Start

ALT+Underlined letter in a menu name (Display the corresponding menu)

Underlined letter in a command name on an open menu (Perform the
corresponding command)

F10 key (Activate the menu bar in the active program)

RIGHT ARROW --เปิดเมนูถัดไปทางขวาหรือเปิดเมนูย่อยทางขวา

LEFT ARROW --เปิดเมนูถัดไปทางซ้ายหรือเปิดเมนูย่อยทางซ้าย

F5 key --รีเฟรชหน้าจอปัจจุบัน

BACKSPACE --แสดงโฟลเดอร์ที่อยู่เหนือขึ้นไป 1 ระดับ

ESC --ยกเลิก

SHIFT เมื่อใส่แผ่น CD-ROM --หยุดยั้งการเปิดแผ่นแบบอัตโนมัติ

CTRL+TAB --ไปในแถบต่อไป

CTRL+SHIFT+TAB --ไปในแถบก่อนหน้า

TAB --เลื่อนไปยังส่วนต่อไป

ENTER --ตกลง

SPACEBAR --เลือก/ไม่เลือกใน check box

F4 key --แสดงรายการที่ active อยู่

BACKSPACE --แสดงโฟลเดอร์ที่อยู่เหนือขึ้นไป 1 ระดับ

Windows Logo --แสดง/ซ่อน Start menu

Windows Logo+BREAK --แสดง System Properties

Windows Logo+D --แสดงหน้าจอ desktop

Windows Logo+M --ย่อหน้าต่างงานทั้หมด

Windows Logo+SHIFT+M --โชว์หน้าต่างงานที่เราย่อไว้ (ยกเลิกการย่อหน้าต่าง)

Windows Logo+E --เปิด My computer

Windows Logo+F,CTRL+Windows Logo+F --ค้นหา

Windows Logo+F1 --Help

Windows Logo+ L --ล็อค keyboard

Windows Logo+R --Run

Windows Logo+U --Utility Manager
